Safety is a major factor in our operation. All crew members participate in ongoing weekly and monthly scheduled training and re-training programs. These training programs were fashioned to ensure our crew members follow the strict OSHA and Cal/OSHA standards of this industry.

We also use state of the art equipment and supplies to provide our crew members with the necessary tools to complete each job following strict safety and quality standards.

Equipment undergoes daily inspections to ensure:

Equipment is in good working condition.

Proper use of safety harnesses, lanyards, ropes, rope grabs and tools.

From uniformed employees, to having a crew leader equipped with a two way radio on each jobsite, we provide ongoing communication to offer professional services.

	Crew appearance: Uniformed, neat and well groomed.
	Each employee is not and has not been under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Workers not passing inspection are sent home without pay, suspended or even terminated, depending on the circumstances.
